FITNESS CLASSES & PERSONAL TRAINING

We run a number of daily group fitness 

bootcamps.

 

Our bootcamps are great for getting you back in to shape and reaching your fitness goals. 

 

Our group envirmoment is a great place to make new friends and get in to shape.

 

We cater for all age groups and abilities. 

We offer a number of one:2:one paired and small group fitness sessions.

Our circuit classes are held in a mixture of indoor and outdoor settings.

 

All equipment is supplied by us.

 

Classes are usually based on - High-Intensity training using both own body weight and equipment. 

 

Classes delivered and monitored by a fitness expert.
